However, natural stone is a product of nature and is subject to natural variation in color, shading, veining, and texture from batch to batch and piece to piece. Images on the Site are representative but may not exactly match the material you receive.
  • We strongly encourage ordering a sample before placing a full order.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.

7. No Warranty on Slip Resistance / Wear

Natural stone products are subject to some wear, scratching, and etching over time depending on use, finish, and maintenance. We make no express or implied guarantees regarding slipperiness, wear resistance, or maintenance outcomes. We recommend consulting a qualified installer or design professional regarding suitability for your specific application (e.g., flooring, wet areas, outdoor use).

8. Fabrication & Installation Disclaimer

No claims will be accepted for material after it has been cut, fabricated, or installed. It is the customer's/installer's responsibility to inspect all material for suitability, color match, and quality prior to fabrication or installation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is the property of FBL Tile or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content without our written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
