Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date, subject to approval.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned complete, in full. No partial returns will be accepted.
  • Returned material must be unused, unfabricated, and uninstalled, in its original condition.
  • All returns must be inspected and approved by FBL Tile before a refund or exchange is issued.
  • No claims will be accepted after material has been cut, fabricated, or installed. Please confirm quantities, color, and finish before proceeding with fabrication or installation.

Natural stone is a product of nature and will show natural variation in color, shading, veining, and texture — this is not considered a defect. We strongly encourage ordering a sample before placing a full order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Shower & bath accessories (corner shelves, soap dishes, switch plate covers, niches) — these are sold "as-is"

Restocking Fees

Depending on the order and its condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to approved returns, at FBL Tile's discretion.

Payment Method Fees

A credit card processing fee of 3% applies to returned orders originally paid by credit card.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@fbltile.com or (657) 549-7390 within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return approval and instructions
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approved refund or exchange
  4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged-in-Transit Items

If your order arrives damaged, this is handled under our Shipping Policy, not as a standard return — please see the Shipping Policy for the claims process.
