Shipping Policy

At FBL Tile, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 24 hours of purchase, subject to product availability.

Shipping Methods

Parcel Shipping (UPS / FedEx)

Orders weighing 150 lbs or less generally qualify for standard parcel shipping. Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

LTL Freight Shipping

Orders exceeding 150 lbs, or products marked as "LTL Freight Only" on the product page, ship via freight carrier. Live freight rates are calculated at checkout.

Flat-Rate & Free Freight

  • Orders with a subtotal between $2,000–$4,999: flat-rate freight fee of $199
  • Orders with a subtotal of $5,000 or more: free freight

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our warehouse. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email/text notification when your order is ready.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Delivery Timeframes

  • Parcel orders: typically arrive within 1-2 business days after processing
  • Freight orders: typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing, depending on destination

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Natural stone products are heavy and fragile — please inspect all shipments promptly upon arrival.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If any items arrive damaged or your shipment is incomplete:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading before signing, if received via freight
  • Take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • Contact us at info@fbltile.com or (657) 549-7390 within 5 days of delivery

Freight claims for carrier-caused damage are the responsibility of the customer to file with the carrier; our team will assist you with documentation where possible.
